In-Stock Furniture
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel an in-stock furniture order.
After 24 hours, all in-stock sales are final and non-refundable, even if the item has not yet been delivered or picked up.
In-stock items cannot be exchanged, returned, or canceled after the 24-hour window.
Custom Orders
All custom furniture sales are final.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order.
Once materials are received by our Amish builders, payment in full is due immediately, even if delivery is scheduled for a later date.
Custom orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or modified once production begins.
No refunds, cancellations, or changes are accepted on custom pieces under any circumstance.
Polywood Furniture Sales
All Polywood furniture is sold at wholesale cost, and for this reason, all sales are final.
Polywood items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications, colors, sizes, and selections prior to purchase.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged.
Storage Policy
We offer complimentary storage for up to 1 month on a case-by-case basis.
After 1 month, storage fees may apply.
Please coordinate your delivery timeline with us to avoid additional charges.
Refunds & Exchanges (Non-Furniture Items Only)
All furniture sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Non-furniture merchandise may be returned or exchanged if:
- Returned within 10 days for a refund, or
- Returned within 30 days for store credit
Items must be unopened, undamaged, and in resalable condition with a valid receipt.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Payments & Fees
All prices reflect cash/check pricing.
Credit/debit card payments incur a 2.5%–3% processing fee.
Financing through Synchrony Bank is available. All financed purchases include a 5% finance fee.
Sales tax is collected on all purchases in accordance with Georgia state regulations.
Warranty
All products include a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or neglect
- Accidental damage
Once you accept delivery or pick up your order, you are confirming that the item was received in good condition.
Please inspect your items immediately and report any damage at the time of delivery or pickup.
